Job Title: Warehouse RMA Specialist (Temporary to Hire)

Location: Irvine, CA

Salary: $21/hour

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls regarding repairs, providing support, and assistance in resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Utilize computer systems to locate and track packages, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to customers.
  • Explain estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) to customers, managing expectations and providing updates as necessary.
  • Receive incoming products from containers, verifying accuracy and quality of items received.
  • Manage warehouse space effectively, organizing inventory and optimizing storage solutions.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and implement solutions as needed.
  • Assist in moving and rearranging items within the warehouse to maximize space and accessibility.
  • Provide flexible support in picking and packaging tasks as required to meet operational needs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including proper lifting techniques, to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

    • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in warehouse management or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, with knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, with the ability to navigate databases and track shipments accurately.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to support various warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, safely and efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
