Summary:

Charged with delivering the best in products and services to our clients, with a focus on growing the deposit portfolio through treasury products. The ideal person for this position must be extremely detail oriented, have an outgoing personality, is organized, efficient, able to prioritize workload and perform the duties without constant supervision. Extensive knowledge of treasury managements products and systems to emphasize the value to our business members is required to fulfill this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Drives responsible balance sheet growth, client calling, proposals, reviews, and lead client facing treasury presentations in person and virtually.
  • Focus on client relationships while demonstrating the credit union's service standards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in knowledge of all TM products, risk management, due diligence, and best practices.
  • Be a forward thinker and adaptive to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to accurately track leads, meet deadlines, and exceed sales goals.
  • Onboard new and existing clients through account opening and document execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with teammates and internal partners. Willingness to wear multiple hats and assist others is a must.
  • Collaborate with and support the commercial loan officers on new opportunities; plan sales strategies in order to develop new business.
  • Understand and adhere to regulatory requirements and policies, including BSA, AML, and OFAC.
  • Engage in special projects as they evolve.
  • Upholds credit union policies and procedures and champions organizational culture both internally and externally
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required. College degree in business, accounting, or finance is preferred with 3 to 5 years experience in a Treasury Management Sales role.
  • CTP or AAP certification is strongly preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organization, teamwork, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple requests at one time.
  • Experience with payment systems a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft applications.

Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
  • Requires to remain in a stationary position while operating a computer.
  • Effective communication via email, phone, and in person.

Pay & Benefits:

This position offers a pay range of $85,000 - $100,000. It also entails the benefits available to all Amplify employees, including a 401(k) with a company match of 100% on the first 5% you contribute.

This is a Hybrid position in Austin, TX.
