Job Description

The Principal Account Executive secures and maintains new search agreements, using a consultative sales approach to cultivate relationships with client decision makers, at a high production level.

Job Responsibilities

  • Grows strategic client relationships
  • Identifies partner targets that will lead to increased revenue opportunities and/or new service lines to go to market with
  • Serves as end-to-end subject matter expert of the service as it fits within all accounts
  • Manages pipeline to ensure appropriate resources are in place as volume grows.
  • Drives volume growth to achieve performance targets through demand generation and assuring placements are executed appropriately.
  • Performs outbound sales activity to drive demand and conduct client visits as needed.
  • Builds strategic partnerships with Third Party entities
  • Increases market share for AMN service offerings
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree | Preferred

Minimum Work Experience
  • 5+ years nurse or allied staffing experience

Pay Rate
$101,000 - $126,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
