Our team is growing quickly, and we are looking to bring in the next set of leaders to drive our growth ambitions. We are currently looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join Walmart GoLocal as we expand our last mile delivery services to small and medium sized retailers.
You'll be successful in this role if:
You are passionate about local businesses and are excited to play a role in bringing delivery capabilities to more small and medium sized merchants
You have 2-3 years experience leading a team
You are process oriented and are always looking for opportunities to streamline and improve
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and derive fulfillment from building new businesses from the ground up
You can work seamlessly in a fast-paced environment, managing several priorities and staying organized throughout
You'll make an impact by:
Engaging externally with small and medium sized businesses to understand their business needs and how GoLocal can help meet them
Building, executing and refining the processes used to onboard merchants to GoLocal's tech solutions
Staying organized and finding solutions to process bottlenecks when issues arise.
Working to channel feedback from merchants back internally to build the best solutions for small and medium sized businesses
Using data to derive themes/issues and actively work to close these gaps with the proper cross-functional teams
Leading a team of associates focused on executing a seamless onboarding process for merchants
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with engaging externally with clients; experience in sales or account management a plus
2-3 years management of a team
Creativity and a positive can-do attitude

The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00 to $162,500.00.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
