The FSU Office of Distance Learning (ODL) is seeking customer-service-oriented Test Proctors to join our team as we support quality online instruction at Florida State University. As a Test Proctor, you'll be part of creating a welcoming, customer experience for our testers. Primary responsibilities include admitting testers in and out of our testing facility, proctoring exams, and helping to staff our reception desk during certain days of the week. These and other responsibilities are described below.

Based on the duties, this position may require completion of a criminal history background check.
Standard business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. During peak times of the semester (i.e., Finals Week), the testing center may be open as late as 10:00pm and during the weekend. During these times, staff may be expected to work additional hours and may be eligible for overtime pay of time-and-a-half (1.5 times the normal pay rate).
This position is being advertised as open until filled. Applications will be reviewed periodically throughout the semester as departmental needs arise.
