We are looking for a Technical Service Representative to join our Spray Foam Insulation Technical Service team. This is a remote position that will ideally be located in the Northeast.

In this role you will be responsible for leading and providing technical service and support on Carlisle Spray Foam Insulation (SFI) products to our customers.

Essential Functions:

* Provide technical assistance to partners and customers on Carlisle Spray Foam Insulation products. Support will include phone, email, and on site field visits.
* Provide sales with support to both direct & distribution customers.
* Provide authorized applicator training using the Carlisle SFI Application program.
* Support product management team by conducting ease of use evaluations on company and competitor products.
* Support R&D in new product evaluations internally and externally with customers.
* Support product management with codes, standards and regulations.
* Participate in cross-functional teams where new technology might be developed.
* Act in accordance to company policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an applicator spraying polyurethane insulation systems with at least 1 year technical troubleshooting experience with Graco, PMC, and or other manufacturers' equipment.
* Direct experience with SPF Wall Insulation, Coatings, Building Envelope Systems. Knowledge of building codes, HERS ratings a plus.
* Strong knowledge of building science principles and best practices.
* Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft suite (work, excel, outlook and power point); other web-based applications such as Customer Relations Management Systems, etc. required.
* Must be willing to travel 70% depending on business needs.
* Effective oral and written communication skills required. A high level of effective presentation skills to individuals and groups required.
* Demonstrated focus on delivering optimal customer service directed at meeting customer needs and company goals and objectives required.

Physical Requirements:

The Technical Services Representative position involves a combination of sedentary (frequently); walking (Average); standing (Average); and bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, climbing (seldom). Frequent use of eye-hand coordination is required in operation of the computer monitors, key board, presentation, etc. Frequent is defined as 75%of the time or greater. Average is defined as between 50 and 74% of the time. Occasionally is defined as between 25 and 49% of the time. Seldom is defined as up to 24%of the time. This position may be exposed to controlled and non-controlled physical climates, fumes and chemicals within Company locations and at customer locations or other business related locations.
