Job Summary
    The Technical Delivery Team Associate's primary task is to process, pick, pack and ship equipment orders for AMN Language Services external customers. The goal of the TDT is to fulfill customer equipment needs and surpass their expectations. The TDT associate will be part of a larger team and will be involved in all phases of supply chain. The TDT Associate should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Windows and iOS-based devices is preferred.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Accurately process, pick, pack, and ship equipment orders for AMN Language Services external customers.
    • Prepare and configure PC/iOS devices for deployment.
    • Verify items before shipping to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
    • Prepare shipping documentation.
    • Process returned damaged devices, configure and ship replacement in a timely manner.
    • Receive goods and supplies, ensuring accuracy with purchase order.
    • Maintain and put away inventory.
    • Maintain tidiness and organization within the warehouse.
    • Perform other duties as required or assigned.

    Qualifications
      Education & Years of Experience
      • High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience

      Additional Experience
      • Experience in procurement, supply chain management, business administration, or finance
      • Experience in a fast paced, external facing department
      • Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships in team environments and with other business organizations
      • Experience as Purchasing Manager, Agent, or Officer
      • Experience in vendor management software

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements
      • Work is performed in an office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
      • Ability to lift (up to) 50lbs.

        $24.50 - $29.25 Hourly
        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
