MEPPI Summer Internship Program - Supplier Quality Engineering Internship

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience to help grow your skills and gain valuable work experience? MEPPI is currently seeking a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering to join our High Voltage Switchgear Division (HVSD) for the summer.

The HVSD Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) Intern will work closely with Quality Control inspection and Quality Assurance engineering. Projects could involve multiple commodity areas (Fabrication, machining, electrical panels, cabinets, coating processes, etc.), the production part approval process, first article inspections, supplier request for change and supplier corrective actions requests with the support of the HVSD Supplier Quality Assurance team.

• Students currently enrolled in a bachelor�s or master�s program in Mechanical Engineering
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Intermediate computer skills, emphasizing knowledge of MS Office products.

• Interest in the Manufacturing Industry
• Prior internship experience a plus
• Knowledge of SharePoint tools
