Superintendent - Structural

My client is a General Contractor that is involved in a number of high profile multifamily Construction Projects in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. They work in the mid and high rise sectors and have a long local history of developing the skyline!

They are looking to find an experienced Structural Superintendent to join the team and deliver complex, high quality structural work initially on a high rise in Miami. Around this they have multiple other high rise projects in the South Florida area, values ranging from 30-200 million dollars.

In order to be successful in this position you must have experience working with a general contractor or Owner/builder, post tension experience managing shell scopes from beginning of foundations through CMU complete (end of shell), tracking MEP and structural inspections associated with deck inspections and plan/shop drawings review.
