As a Stylist Manager, you will partner closely with the AVP, Fashion, and cross-functional leadership to ensure the initial concept and vision are carried through the creative process and delivered to the consumer through all channels. You will serve as an expert in the product and intended expression of the consumer with a focus on digital, social media, public relations, and store environment.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:

• Lead the product looks selection process and the creation of the Seasonal Outfitting Deck (Shot List)
• Partner with designers, merchandising, and digital to ensure needs are met effectively, within budgets, and in the spirit of product intent
• Outfit looks, landing pages and other editorial content for the brand's social channels and any and all other content placements across the Victoria's Secret brand
• Create seasonal styling mood boards and lead biannual Fashion Office Styling Inspiration work sessions
• Provide a bi-annual product story and styling trend patterning download, reviewing in-store product presentations, catalogs, and fashion publication product storytelling trends to insure continual innovation in product storytelling
