POSITION SUMMARY

The Strategy & Planning Analyst is dedicated to shaping our company's direction and creating plans to achieve business objectives, by solving our customers' most pressing challenges. This team member will collaborate across lines of business and functional teams to create recommendations for maintaining our competitive edge, and effectively allocating resources to maximize return on our investments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively participate with Product & Solutions leadership and cross-functional workgroups to refresh our strategy.
  • Provide analysis and decision-making input on a full spectrum of market and sales data, and operational and financial metrics.
  • Synthesize multiple data points by rolling up individual plans and inputs to create cohesive and consistent report summaries and presentations to effectively translate and communicate results and recommendations.
  • Participate in and lead subsets of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Facilitate a consistent way to monitor and track progress against the strategy and targets and bring data and insights to the forefront to help hold teams accountable for the agreed plans and actions.
  • Enable, influence, and complete the timely and successful delivery of selected management cadence session content, dashboards, metrics, insights, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Support Product & Solutions team in developing concise strategic and executive-level presentations and communications to drive timely and informed decision making.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years' experience in a consulting firm or internal business consulting function. strategy, operations, and transformation project work.
  • Experience and confidence in gathering and organizing data to provide analysis to drive strategic decisions.
  • Expert level MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint user desired; strong knowledge of key message, insights, and data visualization techniques. Smartsheet and Power BI experience preferred.
  • Ability to research, classify, prioritize requirements, communicate among stakeholders, and present ideas in an easily comprehensible manner.
  • Superior organizational and prioritization skills - ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • History of meeting deadlines and delivering high quality results
  • Ability to deal with highly confidential information and function as a liaison.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
  • MBA preferred.
