A day in the life.
As our Strategic Client Executive on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you will manage a complex book of business in the Government Contracting Industry with minimal direction from the Consultant. This will require the successful candidate to directly manage the client relationships, particularly with the client's executive team. You must have a demonstrated expertise around client industry nuances, regulations, and requirements in the GovCon industry. Working within this industry focused area, you'll provide guidance/direction to support, and specialty teams as needed on tasks required, status of deliverables, and strategy on new/upcoming projects associated with client needs.
As a leader on the Client Management team, you'll initiate the marketing process including instructing and overseeing Support in gathering all RFP documents from client or carrier, ensure the accuracy of the Marketing request, and provide direction on alternates to be quoted. The Strategic Client Executive directly participates in formulating strategy for carrier negotiation and client strategy. As the Client's partner, you will request, review and approve SPD's, policies, contracts, agreements and plan documents - setting them up for Open Enrollment success.
