Publicly traded company in the real estate industry is looking for a Staff Accountant (CPA eligible) to be responsible for the full cycle of Accounting.
Your new role
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment demonstrating your accounting expertise, running different analysis, preparing financial reports (10Q/ 10K), advising the leadership on business revenue, trends, opportunities, this role is for you.Responsibilities include:
- Revise Journal Entries, reconciliations, accruals
- Month-end close
- Variances analysis
- Ensure compliance to GAAP
- Ensure SOX compliance
- Quarterly Financial Reports - SEC Filings (10Q / 10K)
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate accounting, SEC filings, GAAP, BS reconciliation, month-end close, reporting and financial analysis.
