Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr Program Manager
Hybrid in Irvine, CA
6+ month contract

$70+/hr. W2

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. AGILE experience.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Change Management: Handle project changes and scope adjustments effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Address project-related challenges promptly and proactively. •Collaboration: Foster collaboration among team members and external contractors.
• Soft Skills: oCalm Under Pressure: Ability to maintain composure during challenging situations. oPersistence: Willingness to overcome obstacles and drive projects forward. oOrganizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. oStrategic Planning: Strong ability to align project goals with overall business objectives. oEffective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. oCollaboration: Team player who can work effectively with diverse groups.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 8 years+ work experience in Program Manager
• Someone from a regulated background, Healthcare/Financial Services.
• Someone that can translate and build business outcomes, business  technical and technical  business. Someone that can SCOPE and then BUILD Roadmaps.
• Someone that work autonomously
