Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy or a related field of study
  • Associate's degree is acceptable with additional experience and demonstrated competence
Duties:
  • Provide effective and efficient project management and execution of associated tasks of company's portfolio of products
  • Engage with key personnel to restructure customer processes to better facilitate patient care through use of the company's products.
  • Position primarily works as a member of a consultative sales and implementation team
  • May mentor and / or train other staff
  • Responsible to manage assignments within assigned budget
  • Position functions independently working under general direction.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and execute all phases of highly-complex, multiple party implementations to ensure successful POC testing utilization with APOC systems
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed promptly and accurately
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts
  • Develop and execute implementation strategies
  • Utilize available resources effectively
  • Lead and/or participate on cross-functional teams
  • Mentor / train staff
  • Serve as lead Implementation Project Manager and peer leader within the commercial organization
  • Travel up to 85% of the time both domestically and internationally by any means necessary to support business goals
  • Understand and comply with applicable EHS policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.
Years Experience:
  • 3 - 5 yrs. (3+ yrs. experience in Project Management)
Technology Duties:
  • Working with marketing to create methodology for tracking various USB migration updates (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  • Tracking updates daily in Excel
  • Working with marketing, core team to combine inputs into a reader-friendly internal, leadership-facing dashboard
  • Weekly communications to field and leadership for status of project
  • Communicating updates to project management, marketing
Required Skills:
  • Project management
  • Excel proficiency with organizing large amounts of data
  • Strong communication: ability to communicate across different functions
  • Attention-to-detail.
  • PowerBI proficiency
