• As a Technical Software Business Analyst specializing in 3D software, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cross functional business and user needs and technical requirements.
• You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into clear and actionable technical specifications for our development team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross functional discovery sessions to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, focusing on the specific needs and challenges related to 3D CAD-like software applications.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed technical specifications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and designers to prioritize features and define project scope.
• Conduct story grooming sessions to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical implementation.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams, serving as a bridge to ensure mutual understanding and successful project delivery.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with the team to mitigate them.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to requirements gathering, analysis, and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field OR relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry, with a focus on 3D software applications.
• Good grasp of the principles and practices of 3D modeling and rendering with an understanding of curvature, planes, lines, points, projections, and intersections
• Proficient in translating intricate 3D technical or visual functionalities into comprehensive and testable acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience in writing clear and concise technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus in complex technical discussions.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in the Healthcare industry.

• Experience in Azure DevOps (Boards).
