ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an accomplished ServiceNow Developer with 5 or more years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and be able to create custom applications, workflows, and integrations to enhance our business processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
* Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom scripting and integrations.
* Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules to meet changing business needs.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, including performance optimization.
* Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and new features to ensure the platform's effective use.
* Participate in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades and improvements.
* Document development processes, configurations, and customizations.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

* Customer service focused
* Ability to provide detailed notes on issues that arise
* Ability to create and maintain process documentation
* Ability to manage time, plan, organize and coordinate work assignments

Education and Experience:

* 5 or more years as a ServiceNow Developer, with a record of successful project implementations.
* Expertise in ServiceNow development, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.
* Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and scripting in ServiceNow.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus.
