Senior Systems Analyst Peoplesoft Financials

Salary: $95,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Systems Analyst Peoplesoft Financials for a permanent, direct hire role, hybrid in Newark, DE.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, troubleshoot, and enhance PeopleSoft Financials for optimal performance.
• Assess and implement systems improvements, resolving configuration and performance issues.
• Plan and execute projects to optimize business processes and the overall IT environment.
• Develop and adhere to the application roadmap, project schedules, and annual budgets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Manage risks by negotiating favorable business terms during contracts and overseeing records.
• Provide expert guidance on technology-related business process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration.
• Proficient in Linux, Windows OS, Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, and billing/accounting applications.
• Specialized knowledge in PeopleSoft Financials and related applications (Oracle Utilities, ESRI GIS, Infor EAM, IBM Cognos, Automic Automation Engine).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and adhere to budgets and schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
