Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Integration Lead to tackle the crucial responsibility of modernizing and integrating internal and external systems into our core platforms. As the Data Integration Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring flawless data flow across various systems, optimizing processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency of AMN Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Strategy:
  • Develop and implement applications for internal and external systems with our core platforms.
  • Collaborate with collaborators to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with integration goals.

Modernization Efforts:
  • Lead efforts to modernize data integration processes, adopting modern technologies and standard methodologies.
  • Evaluate and implement solutions that improve data quality, accessibility, and overall integration efficiency.

System Connectivity:
  • Design and implement robust data connectors and APIs to facilitate seamless communication between various systems.
  • Ensure the secure and efficient transfer of data across different platforms.

Collaboration with Teams:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to establish effective data exchange processes.
  • Work closely with development teams, architects, and business analysts to understand integration requirements.

Data Governance:
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Implement monitoring and auditing processes to supervise data integration performance and identify potential issues.

Documentation:
  • Build comprehensive documentation for data integration processes, including data mappings, transformation rules, and API specifications.
  • Train and support internal teams on using and understanding data integration processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must have experience with C#, .Net core, VB.Net, MS SQL, and Restful APIs.
  • Demonstrable experience in a Data Integration role, focusing on modernizing and integrating systems.
  • Strong expertise in data integration technologies, ETL processes, Microservices, and API development.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles.
  • Experience working with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, AWS Glue, etc.) with expertise in Azure is highly preferred.

Key Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Pay Rate
$116,000 - $138,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
