Your new role

• Supervise and coordinate activities of our field personnel, subcontractors, and material vendors
• Provide input to the Project Manager on jobsite issues or conditions and confer with the Operations Manager to ensure production
• Must possess the ability to build positive and sustainable relationships with clients, designers, engineers, municipalities, peers, subordinates, inspectors, executives and vendors.
• Visits and works with multiple projects and superintendents to implement job start up, daily reporting, safety, company standards and meetings are performed to a high standard of professionalism.
• Maintaining daily progress reporting and paperwork such as time reporting, field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues.

What you'll need to succeed

• Senior Superintendent with at least 15 years of experience building commercial buildings.
• Must have experience building schedules, coordinating 20-30 subcontractors at a time, OSHA 30 Hour, provide constructability solutions and has participated in project interviews/ presentations.
• Strong Team Player
• Experience utilizing Microsoft products, Bluebeam, Procore, and other construction software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
