A day in the life.

As our Senior Client Advocateon the Business Insurance team, you'll provide consulting services and advise clients in matters relating to Business Insurance programs such as current market trends, and data analytics to meet client objectives. You will manage the retention of assigned accounts by delivering on overall account expectations and coordinating services with the team to meet overall client objectives. You will be responsible for driving agency best practices for internal and external communication to deliver customizable solutions to the client, look for opportunities to round out current accounts and write referral business to assist in agency growth.

Our future colleague.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in the area of Commercial/Business Insurance, finance or similar industry
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-through skills
  
• Knowledge of technical underwriting
  
• Proficiency with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Suite
  

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Property & Casualty license (required within 3 months of hire)
  
• CISR designation (required within 3 years of hire)
