JOB SUMMARY: Design, develop, and implement visual management dashboards to meet global finance services requirements to enable leadership in data-based decision making. Work with minimal supervision in developing solutions to customer related requests.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop, validate, and refine related technologies for inputs and outputs from models thru visualization using MS Power BI.
2. Analyze business problems and issues by collecting data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision makers.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions to meet business requirements. Includes but not limited to reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, tabular, and multidimensional models.
4. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. Prototypes solutions for displaying information based on business input.
5. Create and maintain data workflow diagrams and technical documentation.
6. Comply and enforce Security, Compliance, and Data Disciplines throughout the development life cycle.
7. Works iteratively and closely with the Technical Lead.
8. Works with Data Strategy to source data from the true source.
9. Collaborates with business partners to gather data requirements for dashboards and visual management solutions.
10. May participate in cross functional teams to address business issues or needs.
11. Investigate and troubleshoot data and software related issues.
12. Quality assurance testing to ensure completeness and accuracy of BI solutions.
13. Uncover trends and insights from data to report on accurate and reconcilable business outcomes.
14. Communicate and present data analyses to all levels of the business.
15. Identifies and works to automate tasks and processes with scripting and automation tools for data integration.
16. Maintains current level visualization software.
17. Meets the quality standards set forth by management.
18. May coach and mentor other business intelligence analysts in the creation, validation and application of digital solutions.
19. Ensures availability when necessary for off-shift and weekend support functions.
20. Incorporates enterprise security standards and compliance into functional area.
21. Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department.
22. Participates in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Working ability to independently manage multiple tasks and participate on one or more projects.
4. Working knowledge of and ability to independently apply SDLC, Data Governance, or related methodologies.
5. Expert working knowledge of MS Office Power Platform, specifically MS Power BI development, Power Apps development and Power Automate development is required.
6. Power BI skillset including experience in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL queries.
7. Working knowledge of and ability to independently apply one or more programming or scripting languages: Alteryx, R, Python, SQL
8. Demonstrated ability to derive insights from disparate data and translate into good story telling.
9. Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
10. Demonstrated ability to gain a general understanding of core business procedures and operations.
11. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and recommend process changes that improve the overall implementation, maintenance and support of visualization and data integration software.
12. Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply basic math and data analysis skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A 4-year college or university degree and a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in analysis, design, prototype, and delivery of BI dashboards. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
