Senior Accountant - Real Estate & Development

Our client is seeking a Senior Development Accountant to their growing team! This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an exceptional leadership team and provides upward growth.

Responsibilities:

• Financial management of real estate development projects, ranging from new constructions to major renovations or redevelopment projects.
• Budgeting for projects, tracking development costs, managing funding draws from lenders
• Involved in accounting responsibilities throughout the entire life-cycle of a project - from the initial analysis and budgeting phase through to the construction phase and final project close-out.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, developers, and investors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of property, construction, real estate, or development accounting experience
• Large ERP system experience
