Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and maintaining good customer relationships. This role reports to the Manager, Sales Ops and is a remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales initiatives and lead gen process

  • Support the execution of various business development initiatives

  • Support on generating/gathering lead list for business development

  • Assist with company research

  • Assist with updating the sales audits dashboard

  • Assist with maintaining accurate data in salesforce

  • Current contract terms in relative systems

  • Assist with prospect research for sales calls, meetings and events

  • Support with mail merges, presentations, reports, clients proposal

  • Other ad hoc requests

Key Qualifications:

  • College Diploma (business related field preferred but not required)

  • Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience

  • Salesforce experience is an asset

  • Knowledge of MS Office, CRM

  • Knowledge of sales cycle / experience with lead generation process a plus

  • Strong oral and written communications skills

  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
