Role Overview
As a Quantitative Analytics Specialist 4/Regulation ID, you'll play a crucial role in our quantitative analytics function. You'll consult on complex initiatives, contribute to large-scale planning, and analyze multi-faceted quantitative challenges related to regulation identification. Your expertise will help us meet our quantitative analytics goals while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Consultation and Participation: Collaborate on complex initiatives with broad impact within quantitative analytics.
- Planning and Evaluation: Contribute to large-scale planning related to quantitative analytics projects.
- Problem Solving: Review and analyze complex multi-faceted quantitative challenges, considering multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Issue Resolution: Work with others to resolve complex and multi-faceted situations effectively.
- Compliance and Policies: Leverage your understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Client Collaboration: Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel in quantitative analytics.
- Experience: 5+ years of quantitative analytics experience or equivalent (consulting, training, military, etc.).

Technical Skills:
- SAS, Teradata, Python, PySpark, SQL: Experience with these tools.
- Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Large Language Model (LLM): Familiarity with ML, NLP, and LLM.
- Model Development and Validation Documentation: Experience in model development and validation documentation, especially with unstructured data.
- Enterprise Level Employers: Experience working with enterprise-level employers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.
- Statistical Analysis: Familiarity with statistical analysis.
- Degrees in Engineering &/or Statistics (Math Focus): Educational background in engineering or statistics.
- Complaints Data: Experience related to complaints data.
- Data Science and/or Quantitative Analytics: Familiarity with data science and quantitative analytics.
- Line of Business: COO PILOT/VMO

- Location: Chandler, AZ (2800 S Price Rd) - priority; Phoenix, AZ - priority; Des Moines, IA - priority; Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; San Antonio, TX
- Backfill: Contract - 12 months, possibility to extend or convert.
- RTO Schedule: 3 days in office MANDATORY (Hybrid - 3 days in, 2 days remote).
