Purchasing Administrator - Boston, MA

We are working with a higher education client located in Boston that is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to support their school of medicine and will report to the Finance Manager. This role can be remote however applicants must be local to go onsite on an as needed basis. This is a contract opportunity with potential to be converted to a full-time employee.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle purchase orders
  • Manage P-card activity
  • Order supplies
  • Process lease payments
  • Track expenses
  • Assist with contract proposal projects

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3+ years of professional experience
