Our client is a nationwide leading civil contractor who specializes in the construction of water and wastewater pump stations and treatment facilities. They have extensive experience within this market, an outstanding reputation within the industry, and keep going from strength to strength with several major high profile projects across California in the pipeline to start this year, in addition to over $700MM of projects that have kicked off in 2023.

Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project costing, safety, scheduling, budget and overall management of the day to day operations of the site. You will join a $200MM+ WWTP project from Day 1, and will communicate across and manage the project, staffing, sub-trades, consultants, engineers and client representatives.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you possess a minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction within water and wastewater projects (WWTP). Ideally you will have a degree in either Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Construction Management. You possess excellent leadership qualities and are able to lead on any given project or task, having lead projects with values in excess of $90MM from start to finish.
