Job description

• Provide overall supervision of crew, budget, safety, customer relations in the waste
remediation and tank cleaning process.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate safety and health issues and report to Corporate per applicable Accident
Investigation Procedure (Sect. 8 Safety Manual).
• Implement, monitor and enforce Company's general safety and engineering controls and
work policies.
• Rig up and down equipment.
• Properly de-con equipment before it leaves the job site.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Complete daily time and equipment sheets per company specifications.
• Follow all Tradebe Industrial Services and the Customer safety policies and do Job Safety
Analysis and job audits on your jobs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Two to three (2 to 3 years) experience in the management of industrial tank cleaning and
separation projects within the chemical or oil refining industry.

• Two to three (2 to 3) experience in the repair, maintenance and operation of various all
types of processing and tank cleaning equipment.
• Must successfully complete 40 hour HAZWoper class.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a valid social security card to enter facility.
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Must successfully pass a DISA back ground check.
• Must successfully pass company physical.
• Must be able to wear a respirator.
• Must be able to travel and stay overnight.

Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must demonstrate safety knowledge concerning chemical and/or process hazards
associated with work in plants to include but are not limited to Lockout / Tag out, Confined
Space Entry, Plant Emergency Action Plan, Safe Work Permits, Hole.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations
regulations, and ability to plan, co-ordinate and implement its requirements.
• Previous experience as a liaison between company and customers.
• Strong organizational skills as related to successful delegation of labor, procurement of
equipment and completion of necessary paperwork associated with the project.
