Project Manager
BCforward is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Indianapolis

Job Description:

The Program Manager will serve as the main point of contact for staff to manage scope, schedule, and budget. The program manager must manage all subcontractor efforts to ensure successful delivery of all key deliverables. The project manager must have had other large-scale project management experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years Project/Program Manager experience required

PMP Certification

Experience working in the Education sector preferred

Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google Workspace

Education/Certification: Minimum of a bachelor's degree

Advanced time management, leadership, and communication skills

Experience working in a leadership role

Excellent follow-up skills required

Proven success in vendor management, i.e., partnering with one or more vendors during a project to achieve results as a team and holding vendors accountable when appropriate

Ability to operate independently, and in conjunction with Steering Committee, to take a project from inception to successful completion

Duties and Responsibilities:

Attend all required meetings

Recruit required staff for the project as needed

Provide oversight of all project deadlines and deliverables

Provide oversight of all program staff and subcontractors

Develop good relationships with all stakeholders involved in the project

Provide thorough record keeping and maintenance of all documentation

Develop systems and procedures to ensure quality and accountability

Maintains the timelines and master schedule

Monitors entire project and continuous improvement

Coach, mentor, and train project management
