Job Description Summary
As Project Management Platform Lead for Sustainability Programs, you'll serve as the liaison between ESS leadership, business development, solutions, project management, pricing, legal, and finance on new business opportunities that encompass holistic service delivery with an emphasis on capital project delivery.

This role will be responsible for understanding client needs, mobilizing our internal resources and supply chain to determine the feasibility of decarbonization projects and programs, including EV Charging, Solar, Wind, HVAC, Roofing, and similar project types. This role will develop execution plans inclusive of our commercial terms to capture and convert project delivery opportunities. You will remain engaged in the implementation to oversee overall service delivery and determine lessons learned to be applied to future implementations. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in designing the commercial models for ESS services inclusive of recommended pricing, validation of expected margins, and identification of key risks.

You will lead the review of such opportunities with the senior leadership team and prepare documents as needed to get global approval for the larger opportunities. In addition, you will support in the development and evaluation of the pipeline and advise on continued areas of investment to meet the evolving market demands. Your role will focus on integration across service lines and cross-selling services inclusive of ESS, Integrated Facilities Management, and other relevant service lines.
Job Description

  • Serve as subject matter expert for solutioning and implementation of capital expenditure inclusive of energy savings programs, water conservation programs, zero waste programs and decarbonization programs.
  • Develop a deep partnership with ESS, Project Management, and Client Delivery leadership to interpret and direct the clients' implementation of projects aligning to Net Zero goals.
  • Lead due diligence and feasibility efforts to establish scope, schedule and budget for implementation of clients' Sustainability Programs.
  • Build a solution across service lines (ESG Consulting, PDS, IFM, PMO, Financing) to support the full scope of the clients' Sustainability Programs from a CRE perspective.
  • Engage internal resources and vendor partners to develop project-level pricing and delivery plans.
  • Establish pro forma pricing for these solutions inclusive of labor, third-party costs, and profit.
  • Work with GOS Commercial leadership on market commercial pricing strategies.
  • Partner w/ internal service lines to ensure seamless execution of services, inclusive of internal functions such as accounting, finance, legal, and risk.
  • Support client proposal development to articulate CRE value driven by PMO ESS expertise, Programmatic oversight, Supply Chain partnerships, and the value of project sequencing / pooling
  • Coordinate and support the development of deal approval packages for internal commercial leadership reviews.
  • Operationalize client approved projects and programs and maintain oversight of execution to ensure quality project delivery along with lessons learned to be applied on future programs.
Experience, Skills, Education
  • 10+ years relevant combined work experience ideally in designing solutions in commercial real estate project management or a related industry that demonstrates a broad understanding of sustainable design and operations within the real estate sector.
  • Extensive expertise in the following:
  • Sustainable design & construction
  • Solar, Wind, EVC, HVAC, Lighting, Roofing programs
  • Energy, water & waste conservation
  • Decarbonization technologies
  • Building electrification
  • EV charging infrastructure
  • End-to-end project management
  • Energy, water and waste audits
  • Extensive understanding of the most common HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret building floor plans, sections, site plans, construction specifications, mechanical schedules, commissioning reports and operational policies
  • Experience with managing a pricing / consulting services P&L or real estate estimating (facility management, project management services or other labor-based estimating) - is preferred.
  • Experience in selling, supporting or delivering services and products to customers with proven track record of successfully driving high customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product/Service Line Leadership and Customer Delivery teams
  • Familiarity with project management principles and service delivery fundamentals associated with scope, schedule, budget and risk

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $161,500.00 - $190,000.00
