Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Project Engineer with food manufacturing experience in the Stratford, TX area. Relocation provided for great candidates.
COMPENSATION: $100,000 to $150,000 plus bonus
LOCATION: Onsite
RELOCATION: Provided for the right candidate
MUST HAVE: Bachelor's in Engineering
MUST HAVE: 5+ years experience in a food manufacturing environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the implementation of capital projects
- Manage the entire project development process (Process and design optimization, Scope definition, Estimating, Scheduling, Funding needs and justifications)
- Ensure regulatory compliance for all solutions including environmental, safety, USDA, TXDHS, CDFA, and FDA as well as project validation
- Create POs, documentation, source consultant
- Utilize SAP as a project management tool
- Understand best practices related to general engineering principals: thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and process controls
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's in Engineering
- 5+ years experience in a food manufacturing environment
