Project Assistant

Our client, an insurance company in Dedham, is seeking a temporary Project Assistant to work for 2-3 months with possibility of extension. This role is Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and is paying $23/hour. The ideal candidate will have experience working in insurance and have a high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills/Traits:

Ability to follow instructions/an SOP.

Detail-oriented

Conduct research

Going through back log of mail

Professional writing (position will involve sending emails to agents and underwriting)

Self-awareness/ability to pause and know when to ask questions.

Qualifications:

1 to 3+ years of superior client support experience

Ability to multi-task in an evolving environment

Commitment to being detail oriented and to providing a quality work product

High attention to detail

Insurance experience a big plus
