Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor with food manufacturing experience in the Stratford, TX area. Relocation provided for great candidates.
COMPENSATION: $70,000k to $95,000k plus bonus
LOCATION: Onsite
RELOCATION: Provided for the right candidate
MUST HAVE: 3 years' of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 years in a leadership position
Responsibilities
- Monitors and oversees personal practices at the floor level
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to hourly staff
- Manages timekeeping requirements, hourly crewing, and time-off PSR management.
- Ensures that hourly operations staff is scheduled and attends all required training sessions.
- Monitors, controls, and administers plant floor quality control checks and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Effectively troubleshoots process deviations related to process control or mechanical uptime.
- Collaborates closely with maintenance for scheduled and break-in work.
- Organizes, prioritizes and communicates daily tasks for hourly staff.
- Monitors and controls critical control point (CCP) documentation.
- Communicates out-of-spec (OOS) conditions.
- Reconciles and reports verified batch record reviews.
- Follows established plant floor requirements for document control and training.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years' of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 years in a leadership position
- Ability to work weekends and/or rotating shifts when needed
