What you'll do:

Safely perform duties and actions associated with the production processes as follows:

• Ensure proper startup/shutdown of equipment such as printers, labeling machines, primary and secondary equipment
• Inspection of product for various molding defects and color uniformity per standard work instructions
• Conduct and document quality inspections
• Comply with Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Processes
• Make minor repairs and adjustments to machine settings to meet specifications
• Respond to various inspection, packaging, and labeling alarms and resolve minor issues

What you'll need to have:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent/GED
• 3-5+ years' experience in high-paced, controlled manufacturing environment (CME)
• Ability to follow documented procedures and work independently

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills including MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
