SUMMARY

GameStop is seeking a Product Content Manager to join our fast-growing ecommerce team. In this role you will create, improve, and maintain a best-in-class shopping experience for our online customers, developing content strategy, building product content pages, optimizing our catalog of products, and developing best practices for all categories across the site. You possess proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, and can make quick and accurate decisions and recommendations.

This position reports into our Director of Catalog and is based in Grapevine, Texas, or South Florida.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Maintain catalog health and accuracy through analysis and optimization, including developing reporting for performance metrics.

* Research and source content, analyze industry trends and provide competitive analysis to identify white space and opportunities online.

* Identify and champion process improvements to scale with the needs of the business.

* Collaborate with cross functional partners in merchandising, marketing, creative, product, and operations to support business goals.

* Manage a team of specialists who build, optimize, and maintain best-in-class product content pages, and ensure they are following guidelines and best practices consistently and with accuracy.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* 5+ years of previous online or ecommerce experience.

* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

* Highly detail oriented.

* Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and delegate where appropriate.

* Highly analytical, with an understanding of web analytics and site metrics.

* Working knowledge of Excel required.

* Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Photoshop a plus.
