Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Processor - Office Systems.

Principal Purpose of Position:

• Opens, sorts, documents, and delivers all company mail and packages.
• Prepares company correspondence for mailing.
• Processes outgoing express packages for FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.
• Maintains and delivers office supplies to internal departments.
• Provides switchboard coverage as needed.
• Prepares and processes company receipts for accounting department.
• Prepares documents for scanning.
• Scans and indexes company documents.
• Handles all filing related to company documents in the records room.
• Handles archive requests as necessary.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

• Must have moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Captiva, Imaging Viewer, Intellifleet and Infinium.
• Associates Degree preferred but not required.

Relevant Work Experience:

• Possess basic knowledge of production department scanners.
