We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Primary Care Desk Support Analyst to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As the Primary Care Desk Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing sales processes through distributors, ensuring efficient contracting, quoting, rebates, sales tracing, and other related activities. Your comprehensive understanding of these processes will allow you to identify improvement opportunities, enhance profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and have a full understanding of all the processes related to contracting, quoting, rebates, and sales tracings, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Maintain an updated and centralized tool to communicate and track all promotions and sales programs defined by the Marketing department, ensuring accessibility for the sales team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for distributors, providing them with information regarding promotions, sales programs, part numbers, and other relevant sales-related information.
  • Act as a key liaison with the Quote to Booking (QTB) team to address contract-related inquiries and ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Monitor and track price realization by distributor, conducting revenue analysis to ensure accurate rebate calculations, working closely with the QTB and finance teams.
  • Take responsibility for tracking contract compliance and monitoring distributor contract execution in terms of programs, allowances, and other contractual obligations.
  • Track the progress of specific sales programs launched in collaboration with the sales teams from the distributors.
  • Any other related with Sales Operations function within the NAM region.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, contract management, or related roles within a distributor-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and familiarity with contracting, quoting, rebates, and sales tracing.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to map processes, identify improvement areas, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in using centralized tools and systems to manage promotions and sales programs, ensuring accessibility for the sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with distributors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze revenue data, track compliance, and perform data-driven decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills to address contract-related inquiries and ensure accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.

The pay range for this position is $71,240- $97,955 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
