Job Description

• Surface Preparation and Painting: Responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, spatter removal, and filler application. Measure and record pre- and post-sand dry mill thickness.
• Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform daily maintenance on paint prep equipment, clean paint booths and lights, and change filters as needed.
• Safety and Equipment Operation: Operate tuggers, lifts, and other machinery according to safety procedures. Wear proper safety gear at all times.
• Organization and Workflow: Identify and mask areas not to be painted, manage paperwork, and maintain a clean and organized paint prep area.
• Additional Responsibilities: Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and complete other assigned duties as required.

Night Shift

• 4:30 pm - 5:00 am | Monday through Thursday
• $3.00 night shift differential
