Accountabilities:

As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for producing packaged pharmaceutical products in a safe and efficient manner, complying with cGMP's, SOPs, and site safety procedures. You will operate packaging equipment, perform detection system challenges, changeovers, set up, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance. You will also be accountable for accurately documenting packaging and cleaning activities. Teamwork is key as you work together to meet monthly demand requirements and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- High School Diploma / GED
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability and confidence to work in a digital environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Experience in a production environment
- Understanding of how machines operate
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production (i.e. cGMPs)
- Associates Degree or higher
