Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Outreach Coordinator in the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) at Behavioral Health Network!

Holyoke Based!!

Forensic based population!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the PACT program with the following:

• Providing direct services promoting the growth, independence, and safety of all the individuals we serve.
• Monitoring overall health and well-being of individuals.
• Assisting with all aspects of medication treatment and administration.
• Providing crisis intervention, emergency services, and safe transportation when needed.
• Encouraging individuals' independence and decision making.
• Assisting individuals with enhancing and fostering social support networks and relationships.
• Ensuring communication between staff, the program and outside agencies, and the program and families.
• Completing supervisory functions including reviewing employees' time sheets among other administrative tasks, creating schedules, and addressing disciplinary issues as they arise.
• Participating in the weekly on-call rotation.

Training will be provided to you by Behavioral Health Network. They will be able to learn all about a variety of topics including the Department of Mental Health, SSI, insurances, assisted housing, and the legal system. Outreach Coordinators will also become familiar with practices regarding mental health, substance abuse, and the ins and outs of our state hospitals. They will also be able to grow in their leadership and person skills organizational skills in this position.
