Outbound Call Center Rep- Hiring Immediately!

Job Duties/Description:

• Make 100 outbound calls per day using a provided list. No sales!
• Initiate contact via phone and other channels to schedule appointments for negotiating rental rates for advertisements and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally and promptly.
• Complete lease documentation accurately and on time.
• Ensure office spaces are tidy and organized.

Requirements:

• Preferably at least one year of sales and/or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Friendly, professional, customer-oriented, and detail-oriented.
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Additional Information:

• Hourly pay rate: $22.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Location: On-site work in Plymouth, MN
