We are currently partnered with the Nation's top fast wholesale distribution company. Currently we are looking for an Order Entry Specialist who is an individual who is energetic, responsible and can adapt to a busy schedule when needed. Ideal candidate is preferred to live locally and able to start immediately.

Order Entry Specialist Job Summary:

The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for processing orders and providing customer service in a timely and efficient manner.

Order Entry Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Print orders.
• Enter orders into the inventory system.
• Obtain shipping quotes.
• Create invoices and send to customers.
• Provide customer service.
• Filing and scanning documents
• Label shipping photos.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment; comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Responsible for meeting productivity requirements
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the customer fulfillment supervisor or office manager.

Order Entry Specialist Qualification:

• Minimum of 2 years office experience is necessary.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Inventory Software experience (Fishbowl, SAP, etc.) a plus.
• Data entry experience a must.
• Problem solving skills.
• Business Savvy
• Organizational skills
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to meet daily deadlines.
• Must be adaptive to a changing environment.
• Teamwork
• Customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum High School Diploma required.
• Dependable with good attendance record
• Verifiable references and reliable transportation.

Order Entry Specialist Position Details:

• Hours are full time Monday Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm
• Benefits after 90 days of permanent employment.
