NOC Technician

Our client is seeking a Level 1 NOC Technician to join their NOC team! In this role, you will provide support throught the day via tickets. The top ticket requests include:

1. Network alert troubleshooting
2. Security alert troubleshooting
3. Phishing emails
4. General troubleshooting
5. Admin changes with security groups or file structure groups, and teams groups within Active Directory

Top Skills Required:

1. Desktop Support Experience
2. Ticketing, Triage and troubleshooting experience (command line work)
3. Office 365 administration, Active Directory, and experience getting onto a server
4. Understand basic networking jargon

Nice to haves:

Network Monitoring (PRTG or Solarwinds)

Connectwise ticketing- PSA/Manage and Automate

Previous MSP experience
