Job Description

Our East Syracuse, NY laboratory is looking for a Monitoring Services Assistant to join their Pump/Rental team! Monitoring Services Assistant's primary responsibilities are to receive and route packages to appropriate department, ensure samples,
equipment, paperwork, etc. are placed into proper workflow, clean and prepare equipment and accessories to fill client orders.

Job Functions:

• Routes inbound packages to appropriate department.
• Opens packages, containing equipment, signing returned equipment into LIMS.
• Performs cosmetic equipment maintenance.
• Prepares accessories (tubing, client facing documentation, media bags, etc).
• Performs inventory counts to ensure appropriate inventory levels, at all times.
• Ships client orders using vendor software platforms (UPS, FedEX and DHL).
• Adheres to SOPs, ensuring proper procedures are followed consistently.
• Maintains all required documentation with accuracy and clarity.
• Provides exceptional customer service both internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Diploma and 1-2 years of general work experience (Preferred)
• Proficient English language skills (Required)
• Basic reasoning and mathematical skills (Required)
• Basic computer skills (Required)
• Ability to lift/carry/push or pull upwards of 30 lbs, constantly (Required)

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00. This position is eligible for overtime pay.
