Well-established healthcare organization specializing in Health insurance plans, dental insurance plans, and medicare plans for individuals and employers in New York & Vermont is seeking a VT-based Medicare Sales Representative to join their team permanently!
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in a Medicare Managed care setting
Medicare Sales preferred. VT Health Insurance License a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education & related experience.
LOCATION: Candidate can work remotely or out of the Burlington, VT office (candidate will utilize personal vehicle to drive to and from sales meetings with mileage reimbursed).
SHIFT: 9:00a - 5:00p, Monday - Friday
SALARY: Maximum Salary = $65,000/annually
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct all phases of selling including identifying, qualifying and meeting with prospective clients located in the lower Vermont region (Bennington, Windam, Rutland, Windsor, Orange, Addison and Washington County) for purposes of presenting Medicare Advantage (MA) products and services.
- Assure understanding level of each enrollee by providing clear, complete and accurate information.
- Develop / maintain positive relationships with senior organizations, community contacts, etc. within assigned territory.
- Give group and individual sales presentations.
- Generate leads and referrals.
