Job Description Summary:
You will lead the expansion of consumer-facing PayPal rewards transaction stretch offers globally, focusing on markets outside the US to boost consumer engagement. Collaborating closely with partner teams, you'll ensure the creation of exceptional consumer experiences. Your responsibilities include developing commercial models and business plans for non-US markets, defining performance metrics, and partnering with Finance and Analytics to monitor performance and extract insights to enhance consumer engagement. Additionally, you'll oversee the execution and operations to align with the established business plans.

Your Way to Impact:

• Own the offer design and execution of non-US PayPal first party offers that drive consumer engagement. These offers are geared towards making PayPal most rewarding way to pay. First Party offers are one of the most important levers to drive consumer growth.
  
• Partner closely with our cross-functional teams (legal, finance, risk, ops, technical product development, analytics etc.) to scale the offers. Constantly optimize offers to drive the highest value to consumer and also to PayPal. You will be responsible for building an engaging and delightful consumer experience which drives business objectives.
  
• Bring in high energy, passion and commitment to high paced work environment to create enduring impact for consumers and PayPal.
  

Your day-to-day:

• Own the offer pipeline across consumer lifecycle groups. Take ownership of offers execution and planning. Operate with philosophy that each consumer in PayPal always has an offer to maximize their dollars.
  
• Evaluating past offer campaigns and make data driven adjustments that maximize the ROI
  
• Be a consultant to various other stakeholder groups on offer construct design
  
• Create business review cadences with key stake holders to communicate to leadership and stakeholders to update on progress and steps taken to achieve or exceed goal.
  
• Assume leadership role in unblocking delays working with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Analytics, Finance, Product Development etc. by making business driving tradeoff decisions.
  

What you need to bring:

• 5+ years of experience in analyzing business performance
  
• Proven track record of working in multi stakeholder set up and working in a collaborative way to drive business.
  
• Ability to translate the goals into execution and translate plans into product experience and marketing communication plans.
  
• Proficient in data and analytics. Statistics knowledge and working knowledge of SQL is plus.
  
• Proficient in reading the numbers, adept in clear and accurate assessment, bold in making strategic shifts and challenging status quo.
  
• Experience in running credit or risk strategies that maximize ROI.
  
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
  
• BS/BA in Business, Business Information Systems, Computer Science

$82500 to $187990
