Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)

Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee all aspects of electrical maintenance operations, prioritizing safety adherence. Evaluate performance, schedule union electricians, guide PLC activities, assist in project planning, and contribute to preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and plan preventative repairs for electrical systems.
• Schedule and direct union electricians, providing guidance on PLCs and hardware.
• Assist in planning large projects and contribute to preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Supervise and train the Union workforce.
• Develop solutions to equipment-related problems and oversee all maintenance operations.
• Administer and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Four-year Electrical Degree.
• Minimum of five years' supervisory experience in a Steel Mill environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in managing hourly Union workforce.
• Strong commitment to safety and standardization.
• Results-oriented with excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
