A national multifamily private equity firm looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to support a 630+ unit luxury rental property in Manchester, New Hampshire!
As an industry leader, the organization owns and manages property spanning 19 states and has developed, acquired, or renovated over 55,000 units in their 50+ years of experience.
The Maintenance Supervisor will support the overall operations of a 630+ unit luxury rental property in Manchester, New Hampshire. The Maintenance Supervisor will manage 1 Assistant Maintenance Manager along with 3 Maintenance Technicians.
Compensation: $85-95K + bonus, apartment, 24+ days of PTO, 100% company covered dental + vision plan, and medical insurance with the majority covered by the employer. Additionally, 401K will be offered with a 50% match on up to a 6% employee contribution.
**HVAC or CPO certifications preferred**
