Pay-For-Performance:
Average Hourly Pay: $40
Our compensation structure is based on a pay-for-performance.Pay-for-performance means your pay is determined by how much of a product you produce or contribute to making.
Shift:
Shift will vary. Training begins in daylight hours before transitioning to 12-hour shifts.
Basic Job Functions:
The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for a specific production area and may be reassigned to a different area in the future based on department needs.
The candidate selected for this position will work closely with and support our Maintenance and Production Teams. Primary responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, installing and commissioning plant equipment. The teammate will assist with projects for process improvements and will provide technical service and support for operations.
Electricians will work with motors, digital and analog electronics, schematics, print reading and control circuits, AC/DC theory and electrical maintenance, computers/PLC and test instruments, power supplies, power distribution and mechanical and hand/power tools as it relates to manufacturing equipment. Teammates will use CMMS to complete work orders, research parts, and to schedule maintenance work.
