What will you do?
  • Responsible for planning and development of onboarding and training curricula, programs, and materials, that position employees for optimal performance and a seamless customer experience across our buyers' journey.
  • Facilitates live and pre-recorded training for onboarding and continued learning training courses.
  • Establishes training needs, action steps, learning objectives, and project timelines for classroom, self-paced and blended learning including instructional eLearnings, and other learning tools and resources.
  • Performs training needs analysis. Gathers information about needs by collecting data about the learners and/or organizational performance requirements.
  • Works collaboratively with Instructional Designer, using a variety of techniques for determining the instructional content of courses, curricula and programs incorporating sound principles of adult learning theory, ensuring that program design accommodates different learning styles.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to provide guidance, support and ensures training best practices are upheld for training created by other departments for the benefit of Sales teams
  • Uses a variety of learning technologies to achieve desired learning outcomes.
  • Develops instructional materials/assets including participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, skills assessments, and job aids.
  • Identifies opportunities and knowledge gaps in new hire onboarding as well as Sales performance, and provides recommendations and executes to best address those needs.
  • Demonstrates ownership of assigned training request, applying a project management mindset to setting and enforcing touchpoints and deadlines. Follow up with identified stakeholders to ensure timely completion of associated deliverables.
  • Plans, coordinates and facilitates training meetings with internal customers and/or internal partners, as needed.
  • Applies branding and style guidelines along with best practices to deliver the right content in the right format; supports continuous improvement for ongoing refinement.
  • Exhibits consistent quality of work, including clear, concise and grammatically correct writing.
  • Performs instruction, internal training facilitation, and third party training coordination as needed.
  • Prepares training status reports, exhibits, memoranda and training procedures as required.
  • Works collaboratively with Content team for consistency and efficiency in messaging and knowledgebase management.
  • Remains current on developments in training and adult learner methodologies including technology enhancements and attends periodic seminars, forums, and meetings to ensure currency of education.
  • Demonstrates ongoing proficiency in subject matter knowledge including Holman Enterprises and Fleet & Mobility, products and services, technology advancements, as well as industry and competitive differentiation.
  • Exhibits absolute discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
  • Provide support for peer job responsibilities on an as-needed basis, included but not limited to vanity email coverage, survey creation, and onboarding scheduling.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A degree in organizational development or related field preferred
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.) and Zoom
  • 2-4 years' experience in customer service required.
  • 1- 3 years' experience in training, facilitation, and developing learning courses and programs preferred.
  • Possess knowledge and experience in instructional design
  • Possess strengths and experience in presenting and/or training small to large size groups.
  • Experience with Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia or other design software a plus.
  • Experience in Survey Monkey and Mach Form a plus
  • Exceptional writing & communication skills
  • Experience with video editing a plus.
  • Solves a range of problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions and assesses each using standard procedures
  • Requires excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building are required.
